13.2 Professional Interaction

Our Support Team (the Sentinels) is here to assist you. However, the use of abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward our staff will result in the immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from all associated brands.

14. Limitation of Liability: The Boundary of Responsibility

While The Crypt 2 utilizes world-class infrastructure, we do not claim to be infallible. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following limitations:

14.1 Technical and Service Interruptions

The Company is not liable for any losses (real or perceived) resulting from:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including “missed” winnings or emotional distress.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
